A Message To Our Customers

Here at Chipola Ford we are taking every measure we can to ensure both customers and staff are safe during this time. We have implemented some new cleaning routines and are strictly enforcing them.

For service – Vehicles will be wiped down and sanitized both as they come in and go out of the shop. This includes door handles, keys, steering wheels, knobs, anything that is touched by our techs is sanitized before being returned to you.

For sales – We are still open and invite you to come in to take a look around IF you are well. If you feel more comfortable shopping from home, we are now offering online and phone sales. This will also include virtual demos, online credit apps, etc. We will also be offering at home delivery. Your vehicle will be fully sanitized before the keys are handed to you.

If you do happen to come in for either service or sales, please know we are taking every measure to keep our offices and lobby areas clean. We are wiping down all chairs, door handles, and hard surfaces several times a day.
